I was really excited for this dress because it looked so nice online, but after waiting for it to arrive, it ended up being disappointing. The fabric felt thin and kind of scratchy, definitely cheaper than I expected for the price. i was frustrated that I waited for it just to be let down.

I’m still waiting on my exchange, and the whole thing has been frustrating. One email says one thing, then another email seems to say something different, so I’m not sure what’s going on. I just want a clear update and to finally get the exchange sorted.

Tried to place my order but the checkout just wouldn’t go through... after messing with it for a bit I gave up

I ordered a dress from Mestiza New York and it was really pretty, but... it just didn’t fit me the way I hoped.

The return was super straightforward. No weird back-and-forth, no chasing anyone down, which I really appreciated. They sent the instructions quickly and I got it shipped back without any hassle.

My refund came through faster than I expected too. I was a little nervous since it was my first order, but it all went smoothly. I’d definitely shop there again

I was hoping one of these would work for a wedding guest outfit because the dresses looked really cute on the site, but in person they felt way too flashy and kind of odd-fitting. Just not the vibe I’d want to show up in at a wedding. What annoyed me more was getting the usual policy excuse when I asked about options, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be

It did show up, just later than I was expecting. Not a huge deal, but yeah, kind of annoying when you're waiting around and thinking it'll be there sooner

I ordered from mestizanewyork.com expecting the process to be smooth, but it ended up being much more frustrating than I thought it would be. The gap between what I expected and what actually happened was big, especially because the updates were confusing and I had to reach out to support more than once just to understand what was going on.

After waiting longer than I felt was reasonable, I still didn’t feel like the issue was handled clearly. I’m leaving 1 star because the ordering experience was stressful, i wouldn’t order again unless their communication gets a lot better.

I really wanted this to work for my event, but it just didn’t fit the vibe at all. Kind of a bummer :(

I was disappointed when I saw the dress in person. The color looked really different from the photos, at least to me, and it just wasn’t what I thought I was ordering.

I tried reaching out about my order because I wasn’t sure what was going on with the shipping, and the replies took forever. When they finally did get back to me, it didn’t really answer my question or help much. I was checking my email during lunch and then again later while making dinner, and it just felt like more hassle than it should’ve been. I probably wouldn’t shop here again...

Customer service did help me out, but the replies were sorta slower than I was expecting.

The sizing was kind of hit or miss for me. A couple of pieces fit just right, but others ran smaller than expected, which was a bit frustrating. I mean, it happens, but it would be nice if the fit was more consistent across everything.

I was interested in ordering, but the shipping cost ended up being really high. that part was weird and kind of turned me off from buying.

I thought the dresses were really cute overall, and compared to some other shops, the styles definitely caught my eye. That said, the size range feels limited. At first the site looked nice, but actually trying to use it on my phone was frustrating. Pages were slow to load, and the menu kept acting weird or not taking me where I expected. I felt like I was being passed around from one page to another just to find basic information. I had to click way too much for something that should’ve been simple, so it really wasn’t a great shopping experience for me.
